WebQuickster – Affiliate Program Agreement

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

Participation in the WebQuickster Affiliate Program is open to website owners, reviewers, and influencers. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any application if the affiliate's content is deemed inappropriate or harmful to our brand.

2. Commission Structure

• Hybrid Model: A fixed CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) bonus for the first year, followed by a 15% recurring commission on all future renewals.
• Minimum Payout: Commissions are eligible for payout once the account balance reaches €50.
• Payment Method: Payouts are made exclusively via PayPal. Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address.

3. Verification & 60-Day Holding Period

To account for our 30-day money-back guarantee and to prevent fraudulent sign-ups, all commissions are subject to a 60-day holding period. Once a customer has been active for 60 days, the commission will be approved for the next payout cycle.

4. Prohibited Marketing Activities

Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices. Prohibited activities include:

• Self-Referrals: You may not earn commissions on your own hosting accounts.
• Brand Bidding: Bidding on "WebQuickster" keywords or variations in PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
• Spam: Unsolicited emailing or mass-posting of affiliate links is prohibited.
• Deception: Misrepresenting WebQuickster’s pricing, features, or guarantees.

5. Cookie Duration

We use a 60-day tracking cookie. The last affiliate link clicked before the purchase will receive credit for the sale, provided the purchase happens within the 60-day window.

6. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Affiliate and WebQuickster.

7. Termination

WebQuickster reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account and forfeit pending commissions if these terms are violated, particularly in cases of fraud or brand jack-ing.
