WebQuickster – General Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and purchasing hosting services from WebQuickster, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

WebQuickster provides managed WordPress hosting services, including server space, automated updates, and technical support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to active customers.

3. Billing & Automatic Renewal

All hosting plans are sold as recurring subscriptions. By providing your payment details via Stripe, you authorize WebQuickster to charge the recurring fee (monthly or annually) at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

4. Introductory Pricing

Discounted introductory rates apply to the first billing term only (e.g., the first year). Upon renewal, the subscription will automatically convert to the standard rate as specified on our pricing page at the time of renewal.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase if they are unsatisfied with the service. Please note that domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party add-ons are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your WebQuickster dashboard. No further charges will be made after cancellation. We do not provide partial refunds for the remaining term of a billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebQuickster shall not be liable for any data loss, downtime, or loss of profits. While we perform regular backups, customers are strongly encouraged to maintain independent backups of their website data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and the European Union. Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts of Denmark.
